What to expect from a Expedition Cruise aboard the Sternwheeler

  • Witness the mesmerizing process of locking through the Bonneville Dam, a testament to human ingenuity harmonizing with nature's might.
  • Enjoy the crown jewel of the Columbia Gorge - Multnomah Falls. You will also be able to get a view of the magnificent Beacon Rock, an 800-foot monolith.
  • Captain Tom will regale you with tales of the river's history, from its ancient origins to the modern engineering feats that tame its flow.
  • Please note that this cruise does not include meals with the ticket price. However, we will have a snack bar open that offers sandwiches, chips, candy and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.
  • This is a specialty cruise, therefore Cascade Locks locals need to pay admission.
  • Boarding is at 10:30am for an 11:00am departure. We will get back to the Cascade Locks dock between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. Due to the river traffic near the locks, the cruise time may vary.
  • Bring a jacket, if you decide you do not need it, we have a coat rack available for your use.
  • Wheelchair accessible - including bathroom and main deck bar area.
